Specialized support for neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and more.

Neurodivergence knows no age—it shows up differently across the lifespan.

ADHD and neurodivergence can look like impulsively saying yes or overcommitting to too many things, struggling to maintain friendships, hyperfocusing, feeling overly distracted, or experiencing overwhelm when faced with deadlines or new tasks.

  • …may be struggling with hyperactivity and impulsiveness, finding it hard to focus, regulate their energy, or stay on task. They might have challenges with listening, waiting their turn, or following through on activities.

  • …who is facing overwhelming anxiety, struggling to keep up with the demands of school, or finding it difficult to maintain friendships. They may feel like they’re always falling behind or missing the mark socially and academically.

  • …who has received a late diagnosis after years of wondering what was “going on.” Perhaps it all clicked into place when you brought your child in for testing and realized their symptoms felt oddly familiar.

These differences aren’t bad—they’re just how your unique brain is wired.

We can help you find ways to harness what makes you “you.”

Neurodivergence vs. ADHD?

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and neurodivergence are different ways brains can function. ADHD often looks like having trouble focusing on boring tasks, forgetting where you put your keys (again), or getting so into a project you love that everything else fades away.

Neurodivergence is a broader term that includes ADHD, autism, and other unique brain patterns—it’s about thinking, processing, and experiencing the world differently from what’s considered “typical.” For some, this can mean being incredibly creative or noticing details others miss. For others, it might mean challenges with organization, sensory overload, or figuring out social cues.

Whether you’re still figuring it all out or you’ve known for a while, we’re here to help you navigate it all with understanding and tools that actually work for you.

How we can help

We honor and recognize that every individual’s experience is unique.

First and foremost, we want to help you feel understood and supported. We’ll help you make sense of your neurodivergence, encouraging you to offer yourself compassion for what you may have previously considered a shortcoming or failure. Together, we’ll find practical ways to make life work better for you—whether that’s learning how to prioritize tasks, setting healthy boundaries, or letting go of what others expect so you can focus on what’s right for you.

For kids and teens, we work with both the child and the family. This might include writing letters to schools for 504 accommodations, addressing underlying anxiety or depression, and helping everyone understand what’s going on. If needed, we also explore trauma using approaches like EMDR to help build a strong foundation for healing. Whatever you need, we’re here to make things feel more manageable and more in tune with who you truly are.

Before & after therapy

Like you can’t keep up

Life feels manageable

When the demands of life—parenting, being a partner, school, work, and everything else—keep piling up, it’s easy to feel like you’re drowning. Therapy can help you feel grounded and give you tools to handle it all with greater confidence in yourself and what you’re capable of.

Struggling to connect

Feeling closer to loved ones again

Neurodivergence often means you connect to others differently. Therapy can help you communicate better so you can really hear—and be heard by—the people closest to you.

Like you’re not a “real” adult

Believing you’ve got it together

If you’re looking around thinking, “Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out but me?” you’re not alone. With the right support, you can learn to let go of that comparison and start to feel confident in your own version of adulthood.

Always blaming yourself

Learning to trust yourself

Constant thoughts of, “What did I do wrong this time?” are exhausting. The right kind of support can help you break free from that blame cycle and inner criticism so you can start showing up for yourself with the kindness you deserve.

Feeling burnt out

Finding a better balance

We’ll support you in finding a rhythm for life, work, and relationships that works for you, so you don’t feel like you’re running on empty all the time.

Doubting yourself

More confident in who you are

It’s hard to tune out the voice in your head that’s saying things like you’re “not good enough” or “not normal.” Therapy can help you quiet those doubts and recognize the unique, powerful strengths you already have.

Embrace who you are & grow with self-compassion.
