Our office is located in the Kehoe Building at 302 N El Camino Real Suite 202 San Clemente, Ca 92672.
Please note the bottom floor of the parking structure locks at 4:30pm and will not unlock until 8:30am the following day. . Please park on the top floor or street parking. From the structure, take the elevator to the second floor and go left down the hallway. Our office is the second to last door on the right hand side. Please enjoy some coffee or tea and your therapist will meet you in the waiting room.

Prior to online therapy, we will ask questions to decide whether online therapy is appropriate. Once online therapy is scheduled, you will receive a secure link to your appointment. Online therapy allows you to participate in therapy from the comfort of your home. We provide online therapy throughout California.

We do offer in person therapy in San Clemente, CA.

Our associate therapist rates are $150/session
Beth Holder’s rate is $195/session

In general therapy sessions are between 50-55 minutes. Most therapy sessions are once a week. Some clients come in more often and some come in less often depending on where they are in their treatment.

We are in network with United Health Care, Optum and Cigna HMO and PPO plans. We do not accept EAP plans at this time. In some circumstances, we can offer a superbill which acts like a receipt for services. The superbill can be submitted to insurance for partial reimbursement (depending on your specific plan and deductible)

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is an estimate of the expected costs for the services you will receive at our practice. It outlines the cost of your initial and ongoing sessions, helping you understand your financial responsibility before services begin. The estimate includes factors such as the cost per session, session length, and any additional fees, like for missed appointments or special services.

Therapy with us is a collaborative process. Your therapist will introduce themselves, clarify any office policies, but mainly the session is centered around what brings you to therapy, getting to know you and how we can help support you in the process. You and your therapist will consider goals for therapy, therapist will identify possible strategies and techniques as well as setting intentions for your work together. Every therapist will provide a non judgmental compassionate space so you can feel seen, heard and leave knowing that you’ve taken a first step towards change.

We are not available after hours. Please email through the website or email your therapist directly. You will receive a response the following business day. If it is an after hours emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients who late cancel or no show to appointments will be charged the contracted insurance rate or the private pay rate depending on the client’s plan. Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation fees. If you need to miss your appointment please contact us through our contact page or reach out to your therapist directly. Frequent cancellations may be reassessed to see if continued therapy within our practice is appropriate.

Yes, therapy is confidential. We are legally and ethically required to keep what you share in therapy private. However, here are some of the exceptions where confidentiality may be broken:
If a therapist believes you or someone else is in immediate danger we are obligated to intervene, which may include breaking confidentiality.
If there are signs of abuse or neglect, especially involving children or vulnerable adults, the therapist is required by law to report it.
This is detailed in our informed consent and your therapy will go over confidentiality with you in the first session and answer any questions you have.
