You deserve someone who’s rooting for you.
Lately, it might feel like you’re carrying too much—juggling work, relationships, family, and the emotional weight of things you don’t always have the time or space to process. You’re likely the one everyone relies on, but when you’re the one who needs support, you’re not sure where to turn.
You may be here feeling stuck, stretched thin, or just done—like you’re giving so much to everyone else while barely keeping your own head above water. Maybe parenting is pushing you to your limits or your job is leaving you drained. Or maybe it feels a bit deeper than that—old wounds, losses, or past experiences that keep showing up in ways you didn’t expect.
Whatever it is, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and meets you where you are. Some days, that means finding tools to get through the day: putting out fires and managing stress. Other times, it’s about slowing down and going deeper: untangling the patterns, fears, and beliefs that have shaped you.
We’ll decide together what’s most helpful for you, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
I became a therapist because I love hearing people’s stories.
It’s a privilege to sit with someone, listen, and help them make sense of things. It’s part of why I opened a group practice—to make sure everyone who reaches out can find the right therapist for them.
I grew up in San Clemente, and this community has shaped who I am—both as a person and a therapist. I understand the unique challenges that come with living, working, and raising a family here. As a mother myself, I also know how hard parenting—especially parenting teens—can be. I don’t claim to know all the answers and I’m not here to tell you everything you “should” or “shouldn’t” do. Instead, I believe therapy is about figuring things out together in a way that feels supportive, validating, and hopeful.
If you’re feeling stretched thin, stuck in old patterns, or simply ready for something different, I’d love to help you find a true sense of peace and the kind of life you’ve always wanted.
