Welcome! I am a compassionate and dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University. Throughout my experience as a therapist I have deepened my understanding of trauma-informed therapeutic practices. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families dealing with complex issues such as grief, chronic health conditions, and relationship challenges. I am committed to utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and EMDR to provide holistic and effective care.

In addition to clinical work, I have a diverse background in wellness and community engagement. I have collaborated with interdisciplinary teams through programs like Parkinson’s and Stroke Boot Camps, where I integrated therapy with physical and medical care to support patients and their families. I also have experience leading group therapy for at-risk youth, facilitating family support groups, and have worked on initiatives to bring mental health awareness to underserved populations.

I see clients ages 10+ in our practice and invite you to reach out and schedule an appointment. I am supervised by Beth Holder LMFT and my out of network rate is $150. I am in network with Cigna, United Health Care and Optum.
